1.      Long-Term Maintenance Plan

With all the amazing renovations completed in Sept., we are turning our attention to mapping out a multi-year plan for the maintenance of our hall and rink shack, including the Discovery Time Preschool space.  We are fortunate to have a just-completed report: Building Condition Assessment and Site Amenities Inventory.  This comprehensive report was funded by Edmonton Federation of Community Leagues and compiled by Senaltek Architecture Planning and Design.  We are looking for interested and knowledgeable persons to form a sub-committee to develop a multi-year plan for the Board’s consideration.  Likely a 3 to 4-month commitment.

2.      WCL Facility Manager Position

Our long-term Facility Manager is retiring the beginning of March.  A sub-committee is needed to source and interview candidates for the position.  This is a 2-month commitment.
