Move for Mental Health Challenge

JANUARY 1 - MARCH 31, 2021

This winter, the Ritchie Community League challenges all community leagues to get their neighbourhood's residents moving

(outside or inside).

From January-March, log your activities and help Westmount win! The winning league gets 'bragging rights'; but you'll also win because physical activity can have a positive impact on your mental health. To participate, just download the Strava app and search under 'clubs' for Westmount Community League -- Move for Mental Health Challenge. Once you join, you can log your runs, walks, skis and skates (or pretty much any activity that uses kilometres to track distance).
