Outdoor Soccer Registration has now taken place.  At this point, if you wish to register your child it would be considered a late registration (additional $25/child) and would be subject to availability on the team(s).

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR REGISTERING:

• A current community league membership OR you can pre-purchase at Westmount Fitness Club located at 12840 109 Ave Nw  Phone #: 780-451-9248

Membership Cost:
Family $30
Singles and Single Parent Families $20
SENIORS (65 and up) - No charge

• Alberta Health Care number for each child
• Cheque for registration dues dated the date you sign up your child (s) + the late fee of $25/child
• Cheque for uniform deposit of $75/child for all children registering for U5-U18 (not required for U4 teams), dated July 1, 2011 (this will be destroyed at end of soccer season when/if the uniform is returned to the coach; it will be cashed on July 1st if your uniform has not been returned.)
• Cheque in the amount of $100/child for volunteer deposit (this will be returned to parents once 1 parent/team commits and completes a volunteer date with the EWZSA)

(All cheques made payable to WCL; you will need 1 cheque for community league membership payment if you do not already have one, you will need 1 cheque for registration fees, you will need 1 cheque for uniform deposit, you will need 1 cheque for volunteer deposit) Please bring enough cheques.

• Fees include photos for U4-U12 (not for U14-U18)
• Fees include $10/child towards awards or end of year party
• FEES DO NOT INCLUDE tournaments
• Shin guards are mandatory for all age groups – please purchase before start of season
• U4’s get to keep their t-shirts

U4 (Mixed) little kickers – If your child is born 2006+, we will not be able to accept them until they reach the 2007 milestone UNLESS you strongly feel that your child (born in 2008) would be able to play community soccer, then we will take that into consideration but one of the child’s parents would have to coach the team.  Children born 2009+ are not eligible to play community soccer.
