In 2007, a program for the Victoria Park Pavilion and support amenities was developed
through a physical site review and a series of stakeholder meetings. This attractive park
pavilion building will be shared between various sport and community groups and the
public to foster pride and a feeling of ownership in the park.

In 2011, a design competition was hosted for the planned park pavilion in Victoria Park.
The Park Pavilion Design Competition was meant to bring a level of interest and design
excellence to this project as a way of showing Edmonton’s commitment to “cutting
edge” quality design and serving community needs.
This meeting is intended to:
Present the Park Pavilion Design Competition winner
Identify other park needs
Identify partnership opportunities
Gather feedback

Rebecca Lappa, in grade 9 and a resident of Westmount, is one of six finalists in the All-Albertan Song Contest. This contest is put on by ATBFinancial and CKUA, and all of the other finalists are touring music professionals except for Rebecca. The 6 finalists were chosen by judges but now the finalists are open to public voting on the ATB website via Facebook. We are hoping to get support from our local community to help support Rebecca in this contest by voting. Voting goes till April 25th. People can only vote once....
Here's your chance to help Rebecca!
