Speeding in Residential Areas

painted speed bump image Recently, a number of neighbourhoods in Edmonton have decided to change their speed limit from 50 kph to 40 kph. Decreases in speed and traffic make a significant difference for residential safety. Should Westmount implement such a policy? Should we build more physical traffic calming measures?

A safe neighbourhood is, well, a safe neighborhood!

Should we try to implement something like this in the spring?
