WHERE: Westmount Community Hall (127 Street & 109 Avenue)

WHEN: Monday, February 27 and Monday, March 12, 2012, 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Date 3:

WHERE: Mayfield Inn and Suites Pallisades Ballroom (16615 - 109 Ave)

WHEN: Wednesday, March 14, 2012

WHAT TO BRING WHEN REGISTERING:

A current community league membership OR you can purchase one when you register.

Membership Cost:

Family $30

Singles and Single Parent Families $20

SENIORS (65 and up) - No charge

Four (4) Cheques minimum may be required...

• Cheques for registration dues dated the date you sign up your child (s)
• Cheque for uniform deposit of $75/child for all children registering for U5-U18 (not required for U4 teams), dated July 1, 2012 (this will be destroyed at end of soccer season when/if the uniform is returned to the coach; it will be cashed on July 1st if your uniform has not been returned.)
• A cheque in the amount of $100/child for volunteer deposit dated July 1, 2012 (this will be returned to parents once 1 parent/team commits and completes a volunteer date with the EWZSA)
• All cheques (4) made payable to WCL; you will need one (1) cheque for a community league membership if you don't already have one.
• Payment if you do not already have one, you will need one (1) cheque for registration fees, you will need one (1) cheque for uniform deposit and you will need one (1) cheque for volunteer deposit). Please bring enough cheques.
• Registration fees are non-refundable once the soccer season has started

2012 VOLUNTEER DATES:

Mar 10-11, Mar 16-18, June 1,2,3 , June 9, June 23

LATE REGISTRATION consists of any registration requests made after March 15th. We cannot guarantee a spot on a team, or with your child’s friends, but we will do our best to accommodate your child onto a Westmount team.

A LATE FEE OF $25/CHILD WILL BE CHARGED FOR REGISTRATIONS AFTER March 15th, 2012.
