On January 24, the board decided to approve a change in how we rent the hall. Thanks to the Paid Contract Review Committe (Dianne, Rosella, Theresa and myself) we will be doing a three month trial for new positions. 

These positions include Booking Agent and Facilities Manager. The Booking Agent will take calls and generally deal with the public, while the Facilities Manager will continue to take care of the general maintenance. In three months, if all goes well, we will have the kinks worked out and ready to offer to a lucky resident of Westmount!
